Delivered presentation on “Business Guide for Trade with Japan” in Sialkot in June, 2015. The presentation was requested by PJBF to educate the people on the basic information about the Japanese business culture.Supported Japanese Delegation at Expo Pakistan 2015 in February, 2015.
Arranged a textile delegation to Bangkok, Thailand in August 2015 by taking executives of leading Pakistani textile companies. The delegation visited three Japanese textile factories in Thailand to see how Japanese controlling their production & quality which aim to improve their factory operations in Pakistan.
Arranged a Japanese textile delegation to Lahore & Faisalabad in October, 2015. The Business matching event of “Pakistan Japan Textile Day” was held on October 12, 2015 covering seminar, B2B meetings, and networking reception with the Japanese delegation. The delegation visited several textile factories in Lahore & Faisalabad as well as attending networking meeting at Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI) also.

Conducted Textile Seminar on “How to Access Japanese Market” by inviting Japanese Lecturer / Researcher from Japan Textile Importers Association (JTIA) Mr. Yoshiaki Kamiyama in April, 2014. He made a brief lecture to leading Pakistan Textile Companies about current situation of textile industry in three cities i.e. Karachi, Lahore & Faisalabad.Made Pakistan Now Booklet! It is a type of export promotional booklet introducing 50 Promising Pakistani Exporters covering five target sectors i.e Textile, Leather, Agro-Food, Surgical Equipments & Sports Goods. It also includes basic information about Japan with Merits of doing business with Japan. It has both version English & JapaneseArranged Trade Delegation to Japan in June 2014 with official launching of promotional booklet “Pakistan Now”. The Advisor arranged Business Seminar & B2B Meeting in Osaka & Tokyo for delegation (11 members) which took from his promotional booklet “Pakistan Now”. The delegation covers five sectors. i.e. Textile, Leather, Agro-Food, Surgical & Sports Goods along with five TDAP staff as a capacity building programe. Total 122 meetings were being held. The delegation companies have made 8 new transactions with Japanese buyers successfully and they are still negotiating with about 30 companies. Some of their new customers are famous large enterprises in JapanDelivered a presentation highlighting JICA-TDAP Activities to promote textile Industry of Pakistan in Japan in October 2014.
Took 9 members delegation including private sectors people like Chairman of PFVA, Prominent Mango Exporter, Mango grower from Sindh and president of multan mango growers association to Thailand. They had seen VHT plants, had meetings with the current exporters of mango to Japan etc.Conducted 3 days workshop in Karachi on Japan Industrial Standards (JIS) by inviting QTEC instructor who was specialist is checking quality standards of the products which are being exporter to Japan.Conducted Market Study Tour to Japan. The purpose of the Marketing Study in Japan is to collect lacking information and understand market situations of selected products in more detail on the formulation of marketing plans for mangoes, bed sheets and surgical instruments. It was conducted from February 23rd to March 7th for 11 days.
